The
Neighborhood Theatre consists of two stages: the Main
Stage & the Other Side Stage (located
on bar side of venue).
The
Main Stage:
Originally built as a movie theatre
in 1945, The Neighborhood was restored in the late 1990's
and converted into a live performance venue.
The Theatre is great for any event where the audience's
listening pleasure is paramount. A thrust stage extends
into the seating area.
A sound system and theatrical lights are available.
The room is designed for exceptional acoustics and provides
excellent sound quality for
any event. We also offer a 25ft movie screen for film
related events and presentations.
The
total capacity of the Theatre is 956. We offer both
seating for 400 or a combination seats & standing
room to accommodate larger groups. We have a balcony
that is open for most shows & it has 50 comfortable
theatre style seats. Upon need, we can arrange additional
seating in “
The Other Side with sound reinforcement & a clear
view to the stage. We can arrange up to 210 additional
seats in this area. For seated shows, we are currently
able to provide approx 600 seats. The addition of two
elevated VIP decks in the main hall has increased seating

The
Theatre provides an entertainers' dressing room with
a separate bathroom.
“The
Other Side Stage”:
The Other Side” is a large,
open, relaxed space totaling 5,000 square feet that
can accommodate 562 people. This stage has industrial-height
ceilings and exposed brick walls. We can arrange for
seated, standing or combination plans on this side.
There is also room for table seating in this area of
the venue. Great for receptions. The Other Side also
includes a facility for concessions or buffet set-up.
This area can be leased alone or along with the Theatre
to provide larger audiences with a comfortable reception/concession
area, or addional seating when needed.
Both
stages offer access of The Neighborhood Theatre bar
facilities and are handicapped accessible. We are licensed
for beer, wine and
mixed drinks.
