DOES NEIGHBORHOOD THEATRE HAVE PARKING?

While the Neighborhood Theatre does not have its own parking lot, the NoDa area has many available parking lots. Please keep in mind that each of these parking facilities charges a fee. It’s important to note that the Neighborhood Theatre does not own or operate any of these parking facilities.

  • The Mercury Parking Garage
    The Mercury parking garage behind Neighborhood Theatre has some public parking available. You must pay to park in this parking garage. The parking garage entrance is at 3310 N. Davidson Street near the 36th Street intersection.
    Parking rates (subject to change): 3 hours- $12.00 / 5 hours- $16.00 / 10 hours- $25.00
  • Yadkin Ave/E 35th St Parking Lot – 3217 Yadkin Avenue/513 E. 35th St
    Yadkin Ave Parking Lot are located across from the venue between 36th Street and 35th Street on Yadkin Ave. From the venue, turn on Yadkin Ave and go past the Smelly Cat Coffeehouse parking lot. There is a gravel parking lot on your right.
    Parking rates (subject to change): Mon-Wed: $11.00 / Thu-Sun: $15.00
  • 3320 N Davidson St Parking Lot
    From the venue, cross over N. Davidson Street, and the parking lot is located on the left after the first set of railroad tracks.
    Parking rates (subject to change): Mon-Wed: $10.00 / Thu-Sun: $14.00
  • 36th Street Parking Lot – 436 E 36th Street
  • 35th Street Parking Lot – 410 E 35th Street

  • YMCA Parking Lot – 3025 N Davidson Street
    *This lot is only open to the public after YMCA business hours.

DOES NEIGHBORHOOD THEATRE HAVE RESERVED SEATING?

Open Floor Setup: Most shows have the area in front of the stage open for standing room only and often have limited general admission seating in the back of the main hall*. With this setup, we often offer Reserved Seating in the Balcony upstairs & Reserved Tables on the bar side. *At times there are no seats in the main hall and very limited seating elsewhere in the venue.

Gold Circle Setup: If Gold Circle tickets are offered then the area in front of the stage is filled with reserved assigned seats. The rest of the main hall would be open for standing room only. With this setup, we often offer Reserved Seating in the Balcony & Reserved Tables on the bar side.
Reserved Cocktail Table 4-pack: This option is offered on many of our shows. This includes 4 tickets to the show and a reserved table.

Guaranteed Seating:: No Guaranteed Seating unless you’ve purchased a Reserved Seating ticket option (not offered on all shows). Seating varies from show to show. Most shows are general admission (standing room only) with limited seating available on a first-come, first-served basis.

*The balcony and cocktail tables are strictly 21+.

WHAT BEHAVIOR IS PROHIBITED?

No defacing Neighborhood Theatre property. You will be required to leave for abusing the theatre or its property with no refund.

Absolutely no fighting, stealing, or being rude to guests or staff!
No refunds
or exchanges on your tickets. All ticket sales are final.

“See Something, Say Something” – Fans should report unusual behavior, unattended items or suspicious activity to venue personnel.

WHAT IS YOUR BAG POLICY?

Neighborhood Theatre has a clear bag policy. Backpacks, large bags/purses, and umbrellas are not permitted. All persons and bags are subject to search at the door.
Only the following bags are allowed:
Clear bags (plastic, vinyl or PVC) that are 12″x6″x12″ or smaller are permitted. Small handbags/clutch purses 5”x2”x7” or smaller are permitted.
